Our Returns Policy Our order defect rate is extremely low as we quality check before items are dispatched, but in the event that the worst happens please don’t panic, we’ll sort it. Our returns policy is broken down into two sections which you can see below.

My item is damaged

This is extremely rare, but we appreciate how frustrating it is when it happens. Because of this we will collect the item for FREE and either supply you with a replacement product you’re entirely happy with as quickly as humanly possible or refund you in full once the item has been collected. Just give us a call within 14 days of delivery, send us a picture, explain the situation and we’ll advise when you’re likely to receive a new piece. Easy as that.


I've changed my mind

Should you decide you don’t really like the item after all, don’t need it anymore, wish you’d never ordered it, or just simply measured up wrong, that’s absolutely fine. We will give you your money back if you let us know within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item to us in the condition you received it and ideally in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued only once the item has been collected. Please allow up to 5 working days after collection for this to take place although in most cases the refund will be well within this time frame. You will be refunded in full unless partial refunds or alternative arrangements have been agreed with us.
